For more than 25 years Mary Rountree has been making chocolate. Who knew making chocolate pizza for family and friends would turn into an amazing food business. Mary is a self-taught chocolatier who specializes in toffee and Rocky Road Clusters. Suffering a heart attack at age 37, Mary started “That’s Good Chocolate” (TGC) in 2014. Looking for a way to avoid stress, Mary tried her hand at making cakes, which offered more stress than she wanted.
