FAQs

  • Who should take this course?

Anyone who has been in business for at least 6 months or anyone who has taken the Kitchen2Market Lite online or offline course. If you are selling baked goods, jams, jellies, sauces, rubs, candies, or even body products, this is the course for you.

  • What is a ``live online`` course?

Many courses available on the Internet today are not live, meaning they are pre-recorded videos offering canned information. Our course is different. We prepare detailed materials and presentations, but each lecture is tailored to meet the needs of the participants in the “virtual lecture hall”. Our lectures are live. We meet at 7pm EST and work through the material, answering questions and addressing concerns. This is a live course, with real humans, helping real businesses be successful.

  • What's included in the course?

In addition to 10 full weeks of instruction, course participants will receive:

    • 1 Year access to course videos and materials
    • A PDF business development roadmap and marketing planning guide
    • Access to the Kitchen2Market Student Community Portal, a private Facebook community
  • What do I need to take this course?

To take this course you will need a computer with high-speed Internet access. Your computer should have speakers, but if it doesn’t you will need access to a phone in order to call into the lecture. You will also need a Facebook account, if you’d like to access the course videos after each lecture. Otherwise, you just need a good product and the will to succeed!

  • Do I receive 1-on-1 assistance?

You will have email access to both instructors. We will respond to most questions within 24 hours, unless the question requires research. While we don’t offer 1-on-1 phone support, we are here to support you fully and can usually answer any question sent to us through the dedicated online form.

  • Can I request a refund if I cannot attend the lectures?

There is never a need for refunds. Why? The course is free.

  • What happens if I miss a lecture?

No worries! We record all lectures and make them available each Thursday in the Kitchen2Market Student Community Portal!
